This ordinance is categorically exempt from review under the <br />California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines, section 15307, "Actions taken <br />by regulatory agencies to assure the maintenance... of a natural resource where the <br />regulatory process involves procedures for protection of the environment." [Cal. Pub. <br />Res. Code section 21084] <br />Section 3. The City Clerk shall publish this Ordinance in accordance with <br />applicable law. <br />Section 4.
