Project idea was well received and she <br />mentioned she would be interested in having Redwood City and Cannon Beach become <br />''Sister Cities ''. They were inspired by Birds on Broadway and may also introduce a bird <br />sculpture public art project since their community is known for the Puffin, a special bird <br />species for their area. <br />• Artist Joe Rogan of Portland, Oregon is delighted to be selected as the artist for the <br />project. <br />SPECIAL EVENT- MEET B.O.B. Mixer Event held Thursday, October 20, 2011 at Mexquite Restaurant in RWC - <br />12 attendees <br />• Coordinated in October to tie in with National October Arts & Humanities Month <br />campaign sponsored by Americans for the Arts as an added boost of visibility <br />INTERIM REPORTING to Redwood City Civic Cultural Commission- November 3,2011 - B.O.B is well <br />received.
