(c) construction of bridge's deck, abutments, bents, railing, lighting, <br /> <br /> utility and other architectural details <br /> <br /> (d) associated civil works <br /> <br />and all other work, improvements, appurtenances, or related construction <br />required by, or mentioned in, the Plans/Specifications, Standards, and Code <br />Provisions, conditions of permits, and such additional improvements as <br />reasonably determined necessary by the City Engineer to complete said <br />improvements. <br /> <br /> 2. Security. Builder shall, prior to the commencement of <br />construction of the Bridge Improvements, furnish to City and file with the City <br />Clerk a bond or instrument of credit of the kind described in Section 66499, et <br />seq., of the Government Code, securing the faithful performance of all work for <br />the construction of the Bridge Improvements within the time specified in <br />paragraph 1. The amount of said security shall be Six Hundred Thousand <br />Dollars ($600,000). Builder shall, likewise prior to the commencement of the <br />construction of the Bridge Improvements, furnish and file with the City Clerk a <br />bond, deposit, or instrument of credit of the kind described in said Section <br />66499, et seq., securing the payment by Builder of all bills for labor and materials <br />incurred in the construction of the Bridge Improvements and the performance of <br />all other work herein agreed to be done by Builder with respect to the Bridge <br />Improvements. The amount of said security shall be Six Hundred Thousand <br />Dollars ($600,000).
