EXHIBIT "A" <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> Itemized List of what Consultant will do for City and at what price and schedule. <br /> ICF will complete a preliminary environmental analysis based on the technical reports provided by the <br /> applicant and in accordance with the CEQA Appendix G checklist to determine whether the project would <br /> trigger further environmental documentation under Section 15162 of the California Code of Regulations. <br /> ICF will conduct outreach activities targeting key stakeholders to provide information about and gather <br /> input on the proposed project prior to completion of the CEQA checklist analysis. <br /> Upon completion of the CEQA checklist analysis, ICF will assist City staff in facilitating a study session <br /> with the Planning Commission to review and discuss the proposed project. Following the study session, <br /> ICF will compile public comments and work with City staff to develop a recommendation on any <br /> subsequent environmental documentation that may be required. The work plan is detailed in the following <br /> tasks. <br /> Task 1. Initiafe Project and Prepare Projecf Description <br /> This task will begin with an in-person kick-off ineeting to review and confirm the scope <br /> of work and approach with the applicant and City staff. This will include discussing <br /> potential issues and appropriate significance thresholds based on prior documentation <br /> and the CEQA Appendix G checklist. ICF will prepare a project description that includes <br /> a detailed description of the project components and construction methodology based <br /> on existing documentation provided by the City, applicant, and discussions with City <br /> staff. ICF will rely on the applicant to provide ICF with information about the construction <br /> processes, including estimated time period, type of machinery used, estimated number <br /> of workers, truck traffic to and from the site, and method of disposing of the demolition <br /> debris. ICF will submit a draft of the project description to the City and applicant for <br /> review and approval prior to beginning any technical analyses to ensure that we share a <br /> common understanding of the project being evaluated.
