Public Outreach <br /> ICF will conduct outreach activities targeting key stakeholders to provide information about and gather <br /> input on the proposed project prior to completion of the CEQA checklist analysis. Upon completion of the <br /> CEQA checklist analysis, ICF will assist City staff in facilitating a study session with the Planning <br /> Commission to review and discuss the proposed project. <br /> Task 2a: Pre-Public Me2ting Activities <br /> Outreach activities will be conducted prior to a public meeting to educate and engage stakeholders. <br /> ■ Identify key stakeholders: ICF will work with Redwood City and the applicant to identify the key <br /> stakeholders and their concerns to ensure that the outreach plan effectively addresses these <br /> concerns. ICF will also reference the comments received during the initial CEQA process.
