The analysis
will include discussion of the existing conditions, impacts and magnitude of the impacts, and the level of
significance for each environmental discipline, as appropriate.
Due to the scale and location of the proposed project, ICF anticipates that air quality,
greenhouse gas, noise, and traffic analyses will be the primary areas of concern. IT is
assumed that the technical studies from the applicant provide adequately detailed and
comprehensive quantitative data required by our resource specialists including a
quantitative assessment of construction emissions (including criteria pollutants, toxic air
contaminants, and greenhouse gas emissions) and a cumulative Health Risk
Assessment based on current BAAQMD guidelines to support our impact discussio of
air quality and climate change in the CEQA document. Information from previous
environmental documentation will be used to the maximum extent possible to support
our conclusions.
Qualitative analyses and professional judgment based on a review of existing
documentation will be used in the preparation of all environmental impact discussions
other than air quality, noise and traffic impacts analyses.
