6.3.D. - Page 3 <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />If the Mayor does not appoint two positions for the Oversight Board by the May 1, 2012 <br />deadline, the Governor may fill any vacant positions by May 15, 2012. This action is <br />not recommended as the City will not know if these individuals would serve the best <br />interest of Redwood City. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is no fiscal impact for selection of members to the Oversight Board. The costs <br />associated with the Oversight Board meetings must be paid by the Successor Agency. <br />At this time, the cost associated of these meetings is unknown but the amount is <br />expected to be minimal. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW <br />The actions proposed by the Mayor are exempt from the California Environmental <br />Quality Act pursuant to CEQA Guidelines section 15378(b)(4), as they are not <br />considered a project subject to CEQA review because they do not involve a new <br />commitment to any specific project which may result in a potentially significant <br />environmental impact. <br />0 �- C. 61 <br />ALICIA C.
