B. - Page 2 <br />easements, public access easements, and pedestrian public access easements to allow <br />the City to serve their property. <br />The developer, 333 Main Street RWC, LLC, will post bonds in the amount of $1,368,000 <br />as required by the subdivision agreement. The developer anticipates completion of all <br />subdivision improvements in 2012.
