improvements. 4. 1 9 .3 <br />2) Towne Ford's Revocable Permit that would require: <br />—= a. Installation of two "No Public Parking" signs at that parcel's Lathrop Street <br />driveway entrance (paid for by Towne Ford) <br />b. Use of the Redevelopment Agency —owned parcel at a rate of $150 /month <br />for Towne Ford and Hopkir;s Acura daytime, employee parking on Monday <br />through Saturday from 7am - 6pm and <br />c. Maintenance of the above described driveway, curb, gutter, DG surfacing <br />material, pedestrian paths and existing site fencing. <br />As previously described, IAC will enter into a separate agreement with Mr. Marcelli to <br />improve and maintain the parcel that lies directly across from the subject <br />Redevelopment Agency -owned parcel that is also bounded by the Redwood Creek <br />culvert and Maple and Lathrop Streets. <br />Alternatives <br />Do not authorize the revocable permit that would enable IAC to install the parcel <br />landscaping and other improvements and to maintain the parcel landscaping and <br />irrigation system and do not authorize the revocable permit that would enable Towne <br />Ford to use the parcel for employee parking at the proposed rate of $150 /month, to <br />install two signs and to pay for the maintenance of the parking lot improvements. <br />Fiscal Impact <br />Installation of the proposed landscaping /irrigation improvements will have no fiscal <br />impact on the Redevelopment Agency or the City since IAC has agreed to both install <br />and maintain these and other improvements. In addition, Towne Ford has agreed to <br />pay the Redevelopment Agency $150 /month in order to use the site for daytime <br />employee parking.
