The documents submitted to our office tbr <br />review and comment are as follows: <br /> <br />1 ) Report rifled "Geotechnical Investigation, Westpoint Marina, Seaport Boulevard, Redwood <br /> City, Califbmia, For Mark Sanders" dated November 6, 2002 by Berlogar Geotechnical <br /> Consultants, their job no. 2588.400. <br /> <br />2) Repo~ titled "Supplemental Geotechnical Analyses, Westpoint Marina and Boatyard, <br /> Seaport Boulevard, Redwood City, California, For Westpoint Marina and Boatyard" dated <br /> October 7, 2003, by Berlogar Geotech.nical Consultants, their job no. 2588.400. <br /> <br />3) "Improvement Plans for Westpoint Marina and Boatyard, Site Access and Site Preparation <br /> Plan, Redwood City, San Mateo County, Califbmia" by Bohley Consulting, dated 10/'3/03. <br /> <br />The purpose of our services would be to perfbrm a peer revicw of the report and development plans, <br />and develop independent opinions regarding the completencss of thc investigation performed, t~he <br />accuracy of the engineering evaluations perfonxted, and [he applicability of the Consultant's <br />conclusions, opinions, and recommendations ~br the captioned project.
