1. Review soil cmgincc~ng and geologic information pertaining to thc site and vicinity, <br /> as contained in our files. <br /> <br /> 2. Review the soil intbrmation contained in the subject repons, including the boring <br /> logs and laboratory test results. <br /> <br /> 3. Visit the site to observe existing conditions with respect to the expected soil and <br /> environmental conditions. <br /> <br /> 4. Pertbrm very limited engineering analyses based on the above data to verify the <br /> accuracy of the analyses presented in the reports, and develop conclusions and <br /> opinions regarding: <br /> · the completeness of the investigation pertbrmed <br /> · the accuracy ofthe engineering evaluations perfi)rmed <br /> · the applicability of the Consultant's conclusions, opinions, and <br /> recommendations for the project as described on the plans <br /> <br /> 5. Present the results of our services in a short letter report. <br /> <br />We anticipate it will require our Principal Engineer approximately 24 hours to perform these tasks. <br />With incidental charges for clerical, etc. we estimate the above scope of services can be provided for <br />a total fee of $2,850. This fee would not be exceeded without prior consultation and negotiations <br />regarding a change in the scope of work outlined in this proposal.
