_ F×S:dft 5/04/95 (004/73) <br /> 5/09/95R <br />' RECEIVED 5/ 7/95R <br /> JUL g 0 1995 FXS:rg 6/20/95R <br /> 7/06/95R <br /> '~~ ~FICEOF 7/20/95R <br /> MA"IOWlJTMAN <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> PROFESSIONAL CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT <br /> AND GENERAL CONTRACTOR SERVICES <br /> - NEW CITY HALL PROJECT - <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this day of <br /> , 1995, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY, a municipal corporation of the State of California, <br /> <br /> ("City"), and Rudolph & Sletten, Inco of Foster City, California, <br /> the CONSTRUCTION MANAGER/GENERAL CONTRACTOR ("CM/GC"); <br /> <br /> W I TNE S S E T H : <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City proposes to construct a new City Hall in the <br /> City of Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires <br /> professional construction management and general contractor <br /> services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, CM/GC represents that it possesses the experience, <br /> and is qualified, to perform the aforesaid services for the <br /> Project; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. CM/GC'S SERVICES. CM/GC shall perform construction <br /> management, general contractor and related services described in <br /> Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto and by this reference <br /> incorporated herein. Construction of the Project shall be in <br /> strict compliance with the plans, contract documents, conditions <br /> and specifications pertaining thereto, which documents are <br /> incorporated herein by this reference as if fully set forth <br /> herein. <br /> <br /> <br />
