FXS:dft 5/04/95 (004/73) <br /> 5/09/95R <br /> 5/17/95R <br /> FXS:rg 6/20/95R <br /> 7/06/95R <br /> 7/20/95R <br />insurance required hereunder to the satisfaction of the City <br /> <br />Attorney and, with respect to evidence of commercial general <br />liability, automobile liability and Builder's Risk insurance <br />coverage, original endorsements: <br /> <br /> (a) Precluding cancellation before the expiration of <br /> thirty (30) days after City shall have received <br /> written notification of cancellation by first <br /> class mail; <br /> <br /> (b) Providing that CM/GC's insurance shall apply <br /> separately to each insured against whom claim is <br /> made or suit is brought, except with respect to <br /> the limits of the insurer's liability (cross <br /> liability endorsement); <br /> <br /> (c) Naming the City of Redwood City, its Council, <br /> officers, boards, commissions, employees and <br /> agents, as additional insureds; and <br /> <br /> (d) Providing that CM/GC's insurance coverage shall be <br /> primary insurance with respect to City, its <br /> Council, officers, boards, commissions, employees <br /> and agents, and any insurance or self-insurance <br /> maintained by City for itself, its Council, <br /> officers, boards, commissions, employees or agents <br /> shall be excess of CM/GC's insurance and not <br /> contributory with it. <br /> <br /> In accordance with the provisions of Section 1861 of the <br /> California Labor Code, the CM/GC in signing this Agreement <br /> certifies to City as true the following statement: <br /> <br /> 15 <br /> <br /> <br />
