BUTLER BLOCK PARTY) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain letter permit issued to Ms. Gina Tankersley of <br />W.L. Butler, Inc. for the use of certain public rights-of-way in <br />connection with the W.L. BUTLER BLOCK PARTY on April 11, 1995, in <br />the form of Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto and by this <br />reference incorporated herein is hereby approved, the regulation <br />of the public rights-of-way described therein is hereby adopted <br />pursuant to Vehicle Code Section 21100, and the Chief of Police <br />is hereby authorized to issue said permit. <br /> <br /> <br />
