Butler Block Party" <br /> <br />Dear Ms. Tankersley, <br /> <br />The City Council on XXXX, 1995, has authorized me to issue this letter <br />permitting W. L. Butler, Inc. to conduct the "W.L. Butler Block Party" in Redwood <br />City, subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions herein. <br />(Resolution #XXXXX) <br /> <br />The permission herein is granted to the W. L. Butler, Inc. to conduct the "W. L. <br />Butler Block Party." This permit is subject to the following terms and conditions: <br /> <br />1. Name of Event: The "W. L. Butler Block Party" shall be sponsored and <br /> conducted by the Permittee. <br /> <br />2. Revocation: This permit may be revoked at any time without cause by the <br /> City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />3. Non-transferability: This permit is nontransferable. <br /> <br />4. Location: The activities herein permitted shall be conducted on Monroe Ave. <br /> Please refer to the attached map. <br />5. Date and Time: The "W. L. Butler Block Party" shall be conducted on <br /> Tuesday, April 11, 1995 with a set-up time of 10:30 A.M. The event will <br /> begin at 11:00 ,A.M. The event will end by 3:00 P.M. and Monroe ,Ave. will be <br /> completely cleared by 4:00 P.M. <br /> <br />6. Course Control: Those portions of the "W. L. Butler Block Party" taking place <br /> in the public right of way shall occur in a manner and shall be limited to that <br /> area designated by the Chief of Police. If the Chief of Police determines that <br /> the provision of Police Officers is required for the control of traffic in <br /> connection with said "W. L. Butler Block Party", the permittee agrees to pay <br /> <br /> <br />
