exceed or differ from those described in the IS MND, and no additional, feasible <br />mitigation measures are available or necessary for the Project as approved. <br />A. The mitigation ation measures set forth in the MMRP are specific and <br />enforceable and are capable of being fully implemented by the efforts of the Cit <br />of Redwood City, the applicant, and/or other identified public agencies of <br />responsibility. <br />B. The Planning Commission will adopt and impose the feasible <br />mitigation measures as set forth in the MMRP as enforceable conditions of <br />approval upon the Project. <br />C. The mitigation measures incorporated into and imposed upon Project <br />approval will not have new significant environmental impacts that were not <br />analyzed in the lS MND. In the event a mitigation measure recommended in the <br />ISMND has been inadvertently omitted from the conditions of approval or the <br />MMRP, that mitigation measure is adopted and incorporated from the IS MND <br />and into the MMRP by reference and adopted as a condition of approval. <br />6. The Planning Commission directs that, upon adoption of this Resolution <br />and approval of the Project, the City's Community Development Services Department <br />shall file a notice of determination with the County Clerk of San Mateo County. <br />7. Pursuant to Guidelines section 15091(e), the documents and other <br />materials that constitute the record of proceedings upon which the Plannin <br />Commission has based its decision are located in and may he obtained from, the office <br />of the City Clerk at 1017 Middlefield Road, Redwood City, California. The City Clerk is <br />the custodian of records for all matters before the City. <br />5. Severa if any terra, provision, or portion of these Findings or the <br />application of these Findings to a particular situation is held by a court to be invalid, void <br />or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these Findings, or their application to <br />other actions related to the 640 V eterans Boulevard Project, shall continue in full force <br />and effect unless amended or modified by the City. <br />6.
