The APPI i cant shall enter Into a Lan Main te na nce Agreement <br />(LAMA) for landscaping improvements constructed across the project <br />frontage, not limited to trees, plant material, Irrigation, and pedestrian <br />lighting, <br />3 +Applicant shall submit an n ineorin analysis to the City's Engineerin <br />Division,, demonstrating the net impact from connection to any existing <br />water, sewer, and storm drainage lines, which analysis is subject to prior <br />review and approval by the Engineering Division. <br />37 .The proposed project shall conform to the requirements of the Redwood <br />City Fire Code, which includes the provisions of California Code of <br />Re Part 9 , Title 24, and California Fire Code. Any proposed <br />changes, alterations, or deletions to the approved plans and specifications <br />for the project shall not be made until approved b the Redwood City Fire <br />Department's Fire Chief or Fire Marshal, <br />Section 4.
