2.'he applicant shall post Performance and Labor & Materials Bonds for all <br />improvements to be dedicated to the City. All work to be performed in the <br />public right of ay shall be reviewed and approved by the City under a <br />Construction Perot process. <br />26.The applicant is expected to pay all applicable water, recycled water, <br />wastewater, and transportation related fees at the time of the building <br />p <br />2 . The applicant shall pay for the Redwood City Parks fee at the the of <br />issuance of the building permit. <br />28. It is a requirement that the developer plans and designs their buildings to <br />be dual plumbed to provide for the internal use of recycled w ater and also <br />to provide for the use of recycled w for landscape irrigation. The use <br />of recycled w ater indoor as well as outdoor is necessary to satisfy the lack <br />of potable water suppl for the p roject. All grater conservation measures <br />must also be observed and implemented. <br />2. Because the site is greater than 1 Acre, the property owner shall file an <br />Idol and submit permit documentation through the State of California's <br />SMARTS system, consistent with California SWPPP requirements ents as <br />described in the State's Construction General Permit 010 -0014 DWQ. <br />30. Plans shall be designed to meet the G3 requirements ents of the Municipal <br />Regional Permit (M RP) P NPD S Permit CAS 612008. <br />31 . stormwater Pollution Prevention Program Best Management Practices <br />(E3MPs) for construction shall be implemented to protect water quality, in <br />accordance with the approved Stormwat r Pollution Prevention Plan <br />(SWPPP). BMP plan sheets are available eleotronlcally for inserting 'Into <br />protect plans. <br />2.The property owner/applicant shall apply for and obtain a Grading Permit <br />from the Redwood City Engineering Division for any grading exceeding 50 <br />cubic cards. <br />33.Applicant hall complete the City's "I iPDES Permit Compliance Checklist ", <br />and provide for permanent stormwater control measures selected from the <br />City's "Local Source Control Measures List ", as appropriate. Refer r t <br />"Start at Source " a Manual by BASMMA for guidance regarding <br />appropriate story water treatment measures. <br />34. Normally scheduled construction activities shall adhere to the City's Noise <br />Ordinance.
