It is a requirement that the developer plans and designs their buildings to be dual plumbed to provide for the internal use of recycled w ater and also to provide for the use of recycled w for landscape irrigation. The use of recycled w ater indoor as well as outdoor is necessary to satisfy the lack of potable water suppl for the p roject. All grater conservation measures must also be observed and implemented. 2. Normally scheduled construction activities shall adhere to the City's Noise Ordinance.
