3. In the event that there is a1 need to substantially change the truck <br />delivery schedule, which under current operations results in general delivery <br />trucks leering the site in the Al and not returning until the end of the shift in the <br />PM or frequency thereof, the applicant shall provide written notification to the City <br />for evaluation and potential determination of traffic, noise, and/or operational <br />impacts on surrounding land uses. <br />44. Fleet vehicle and employee parking shall occur on the subject <br />parking and shall avoid parking on the public right -of -wary, specifically in the <br />adjacent residential neighborhood. <br />45. Trucks shall not park illegally at any time, nor shall any trucks block <br />driveways, sidewalks, or the public right-of-way, or idle for extended periods. <br />46, if the Use Permit has not been used within one 1 year from the <br />date of granting, either by beginning of construction of the improvements or by <br />the initiation of the activity which is the subject of the Permit, said Permit shall <br />automatically terminate and be of no further effect. <br />Section 4.
