This does nof <br /> �ncl�de s�raws, utensils, or cup lids nor does it include disposable packaging for <br /> unprepared foods. <br /> (b} "Faod vendor° means any vendar, business, arganizafion, entity, grot�p or <br /> individual, including a licensed refiail food es�tablishment �hat pro�ides preparec! <br /> food at a retail level. <br /> (c) "Polysfyrene-based" means and includes ex�ar�ded polystyrene, which is a <br /> #hermo�fastic petrochemical materia[ ufi[izing a styrene monomer and processed <br /> by ar�y nurn�er of techniques including ,�ut not limited #o f�t�ion of pafymer <br /> spheres (expandable bead polystyrene}, injecfion molding, form mo[ding, and <br /> e�ctrusion-blow malding (e�ruded foam palystyrene).
