Airpart are exempt from t}�e <br /> �ro�isions of ti�is chapter. <br /> 4.�07.050 Fteq�est ForAn Exemption. <br /> Any food vendor may �eek an exemptian from the requiremenfis of this chapter upon <br /> demonstrating that strict ap�fication of the req�irements woUld cause undue harcEship. <br /> (a) An "undue hardship" sha11 be found in: <br /> (1) Situatians unique to the food vendor wf�ere a su�table alternative daes not <br /> �xist for a specific app[icafian; and/or <br /> �� �r��� <br /> . �� `.�h. <br />
