Income Affordability and occupancy Restriction <br />In accordance with the provisions of the Community Development Block Grant <br />(CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnership (HOME) Program, the ownership <br />units built on this, property shall be subject to HOME Program requirements and <br />shall be at all times, be occupied by qualified low income households. A <br />Qualified low- income household shall: <br />(1) have a household income at or below 50% of the area median income <br />established by HUD for San Mateo county, <br />(2) be a resident within the incorporated limits of the city of Redwood City at the <br />time of application. <br />(3) Qualify for a mortgage based on housing costs at no more than 30% of <br />household income for PIT!
