Outcome 1(coalition building and messaging) success will be evidenced by: having a communications plan in place; residen[ sense of connec[edness based on the City-administered biennial community survey; media coverage that reinforces the positive messages of the campaign; and cooperation by local businesses to support and post welcoming immigrant messages. Progress on Outcome 2(civic engagement) will be evidenced by: the number and diversiry of communiry members panicipating on the S[eering Commi[tee and as Communi[y Ambassadors; communi[y participation in initia[ive-sponsored events; and an increase in the number of communiry members engaged in city input sessions and other public venues.
