DES:dft /21/95 (046/38) <br /> <br />environmental effects of anticipated traffic <br />flows from the Project. Both short-term and <br />long-term impacts shall be addressed as <br />follows: <br /> <br />(1) Short term impacts shall be mitigated by <br /> providing, without limitation, the <br /> following improvements: <br /> <br /> a). Signal controls at the <br /> intersections of Marine Parkway <br /> with Island Drive and Shell Drive. <br /> <br /> b). Roadway improvements to segments of <br /> Bridge Parkway and Island Drive <br /> (both on and off-site improvements) <br /> as described in the 1994 Specific <br /> Plan. <br /> <br /> c). Roadway improvements to portions of <br /> Marine Parkway and Shell Parkway, <br /> subject to financing by GID 1-64 or <br /> other sources. <br /> <br />(2) Long-term traffic impacts may be <br /> mitigated through the construction of <br /> public improvements pertaining to State <br /> Highway Route 101 and/or interchanges <br /> therewith and related improvements of a <br /> regional nature, proposed to be funded <br /> through traffic assessment district <br /> proceedings, or similar provisions for <br /> the funding of public improvements, <br /> <br /> which improvements shall be of 10 <br /> <br /> <br />
