Approval of the 1994 Specific Plan for the <br />Project shall allow the occurrence of certain <br />significant effects identified in the 1988 <br />FEIR, the Crain Study and the prior <br />Barton-Aschman Associates Study (1985), which <br /> <br /> effects cannot reasonably or feasibly be <br /> mitigated in light of the generation of <br /> vehicular traffic from the development of <br /> other properties both within and outside of <br /> the City of Redwood City.
