The integrity of such <br /> mitigation shall be provided through monitoring <br /> programs supervised by regulatory agencies having <br /> jurisdiction over such matters. <br /> <br /> i. The aforementioned traffic effects, and the <br /> effects of generation of methane gas and <br /> leacheate, and any other remaining unavoidable <br /> significant effects on the environment not <br /> expressly hereinabove, or in the 1988 FEIR or the <br /> FSEIR, addressed as having been reduced to an <br /> acceptable level shall be, and hereby are, found <br /> <br /> acceptable by reason of the overriding <br /> considerations hereinafter described. <br /> <br /> 2.
