This Council hereby finds and declares that the 1994 <br />Specific Plan is consistent with the General Plan of the City of <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 4. The 1994 Specific Plan is hereby approved and adopted; <br />provided, however, that as a condition to the approval hereby <br />granted, Westport shall enter into the 1995 Development <br />Agreement. <br /> <br /> 5. Any and all prior specific plans relating to the <br />Property heretofore approved by this Council shall be, and the <br />same are, hereby superceded and replaced by the 1994 Specific <br />Plan. <br /> <br /> 6. Pursuant to CEQA and, specifically, the provisions of <br /> 14 Cal. Code of Regulations, Section 15094, the Planning Director <br /> is hereby authorized and directed to file a notice of <br /> determination with respect to the approval granted hereby. <br /> <br /> 14 <br /> <br /> <br />
