DES:dft '/21/95 (046/38) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a specific plan has been prepared for the Project <br />entitled, "Westport Specific Plan, December 9, 1994", (the "1994 <br />Specific Plan") and in conjunction therewith, a revised <br />development agreement (the "1995 Development Agreement") has been <br />prepared; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, after public hearing duly <br />noticed and held, has recommended that this Council adopt the <br />1994 Specific Plan and approve the 1995 Development Agreement; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after public hearing duly noticed and held, and in <br />consideration of the recommendation of the Planning Commission, <br />of evidence both oral and documentary presented at <br />said hearing, the 1988 FEIR and the FSEIR, and in further <br />consideration of the entire administrative record regarding <br />development of the Property, this Council desires to approve the <br />1994 Specific Plan and to provide for approval of the 1995 <br /> <br />Development Agreement as hereinafter set forth; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. This Council hereby finds, declares and concludes as <br /> follows: <br /> <br /> a. The foregoing recitals are true and factual <br /> <br /> and are hereby incorporated herein. <br /> <br /> b. On January 9, 1995, at a public meeting of <br /> this Council, an informational study session <br /> was held by the Council regarding the history <br /> <br /> of proposed developments of the Property and 4 <br /> <br /> <br />
