DES:dft /21/95 (046/38) <br /> <br /> operation of the Project shall be <br /> mitigated by requiring on-site services <br /> for employees and patrons of the <br /> development, including restaurants, <br /> recreation facilities and other <br /> amenities; and shall further be <br /> mitigated by the requirement that <br /> employers associated with the Project <br /> shall participate in the City's <br /> Transportation System Management <br /> Program. <br /> <br />(3) Air quality impacts from the natural <br /> decomposition of the refuse within the <br /> former sanitary landfill portions of the <br /> Property shall be mitigated and reduced <br /> to an acceptable level by incorporating <br /> gas extraction and control measures <br /> into the Project which shall be designed <br /> and installed in accordance with <br /> approved engineering standards, subject <br /> to approval by local and state agencies <br /> having jurisdiction. <br /> <br />(4) Noise impacts from construction of the <br /> Project shall be mitigated and reduced <br /> to an acceptable level by requiring <br /> <br /> effective muffler devices on <br /> construction machinery and equipment. <br /> <br /> <br />
