39. Far new construcfiion, an approved carbon monoxide alarm shall be <br /> installed outside of each separate sleeping area in the immediate vicinity of the <br /> bedrooms in dweiling units within which fuel-fired appliances are installed and in <br /> dwelling units #hat have attached garages, (IRC R315.1) <br /> 40. Basements, habitable attics, and every sleeping raom shall nave at <br /> least one operable emergency escape and rescue opening. Where emergency <br /> escape and rescue openings are provided they shall have a sill height o€ nat <br /> more than 44 inches above the floor. All escape and rescue openings shall have <br /> a minimum net clear opening of 5.7 square feet. The minimum net clear opening <br /> height shall be 24 inches. The minimum net clear opening width dimension shall <br /> be 20 inches. (IRC R310} <br /> 41. All branch circuits that supply 120-volt, single phase, 15- and 20- <br /> ampere outlets installed in family raoms, dining rooms, iiving rooms, parlors, <br /> libraries, dens, bedrooms, sunrooms, recreation rooms, closets, haElways, and <br /> simifar roorns or areas shall be protected by a combination type arc-fault circuit <br /> interrupter installed to provide protection of the branch circuit. New and existing buildings shall have approved address numbers, <br /> building numbers or approved building identification placed in a position that is <br /> plainiy iegible and visible from the street or road fronting the property. These <br /> numbers shall contrast with their background. Address numbers shall be Arabic <br /> numerais ar alphabet letters. Numbers shall be a minimum of 4 inches high with <br /> a minimum stroke of 0.5 inch. Where access is by means of a private road and <br /> the building cannot be viewed from the public way, a monument, poie or other <br /> sign or means shall be used to identify the structure. (IFC 505.1) fn addition to <br /> approved address numbers placed on the buildings, a monument sign with the <br /> approved street addresses shall be placed at the private roadway entrance an <br /> Valota Road. <br /> 43. Applicant shall comply with all Gity, State and Federal regulations, <br /> applicable ta the Project. <br /> 44.
