Any and all informalities in the aforementioned bids of <br />said S & C Ford, Inc. and Fremont Ford are, and each of them is, <br />hereby waived. <br /> <br /> 3. All bids other than the aforementioned bids of S & C <br />Ford, Inc. and Fremont Ford are hereby rejected. <br /> <br /> 4. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br />enter into and execute on behalf of the City of Redwood City all <br />appropriate and necessary documents (in form approved by the City <br />Attorney) for the purchase of said vehicles in accordance with <br />the bids accepted hereby. <br /> <br /> <br />
