DES:djk ~2/16/94 (061/39) <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12387 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR THE 1994-1995 WATER <br /> QUALITY MONITORING PROGRAM; AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR SAID WORK; AND DIRECTING RETURN OF <br /> SECURITY DEPOSITS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 12354 adopted October <br />24, 1994, the City Clerk advertised for bids for the 1994/95 <br />Water Quality Monitoring Program; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to said advertisement, two bids were <br />received; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Scientific Environmental Laboratories, Inc., of <br />Palo Alto, California, is the lowest responsible bidder and it is <br />the intention and desire of this Council to accept the bid of <br /> <br />said Scientific Environmental Laboratories, Inc.; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The bid of Scientific Environmental Laboratories, Inc., <br />in the estimated total amount of Forty-three Thousand One Hundred <br />Sixty and No/100 Dollars ($43,160.00), computed in accordance <br />with said bidder's proposal dated November 17, 1994, for the <br />1994/95 Water Quality Monitoring Program is hereby accepted, and <br />said bidder is hereby found and declared to be the lowest <br />responsible bidder for said work. <br /> <br /> 2.
