DES:djk 42/16/94 (061/39) <br /> <br />corporation of the State of California and Scientific <br />Environmental Laboratories, Inc., providing for the aforesaid <br />services, a copy of which agreement is on file in the Office of <br />the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the <br />full particulars thereof is hereby approved, and the City Manager <br />and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and <br />to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf <br />of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 3. Any and all informalities in the aforementioned bid of <br />Scientific Environmental Laboratories, Inc., are hereby waived. <br /> <br /> 4. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />return to the unsuccessful bidder, and to the successful bidder <br />upon execution by it of the aforementioned agreement, all <br />securities guaranteeing execution of the agreement upon award. <br /> <br /> <br />
