EXHIBIT "A" <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> Consultant shall perform the following services: <br /> Task Completion after <br /> Authorization to Proceed <br /> Task 1: Complete Review of "Original" Draft and Final EIR 1 week <br /> Task 2: Prepare New Project Description 2 weeks <br /> Task 3: Revise the Errata Sheet for the Final EIR 3.5 weeks <br /> Task 4 Revise the Final EIR 5 weeks <br /> Task 5: Additional City Services Per City Instruction <br /> The schedule is dependent upon timely review by the City. Delays in receipt of comments from <br /> the City will result in increases in the schedule and budget. <br /> TASK 1: COMPLETE REVIEW OF "ORIGINAL" DRAFT AND FINAL EIR <br /> Review the applicant's revised proposal, and the Draft and Final EIR. Review the Draft and <br /> Final EIR, prior Planning Commission and City Council staff reports, and City Council comment. <br /> Make recommendations for the content and process for the Final EIR, including how to address <br /> the new application. <br /> Deliverable: Prepare written recommendations, as appropriate, and provide in a memo format <br /> within 1 week of receiving the authorization to proceed. <br /> TASK 2: DESCRIBE NEW PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> Describe the new project for inclusion in the Revised Final EIR Errata section. The description <br /> of the new project will include a discussion of how the environmental impacts of the revised <br /> project differ from that included in the EIR; the impacts of the new project are assumed to <br /> reduce the environmental effects for all EIR parameters. This task also includes revising an <br /> existing EIR map to show the new project configuration and new lot numbering. <br /> Deliverable: The project description will be submitted electronically to the City within 2 weeks of <br /> the authorization to proceed. Response to City comments will be conducted under Task 4. <br /> TASK 3: REVISE THE ERRATA SHEET FOR THE FINAL EIR <br /> Revise the Errata for the Final EIR. The Errata will present the new information in tracked <br /> changes for ease of County review. <br /> Sub-task 3.1: Review and Revise Mitigation Measures <br /> The mitigations measures relating to geology in the Draft and Final EIR (Geology-1 and <br /> Geology-2) contain qualifying language, which states that these measures shall be implemented <br /> ATTY/AGR/2012.035/PANORAMA ENVIRONMENTAL INC FOR LAUREL WAY PROJECT <br /> REV:04-20-12 VR <br /> Page 10 of 13 <br />
