Incorporate any further changes and produce one electronic copy and 10 printed copies of the Revised Final EIR. The Revised Final EIR will be submitted to City staff within 5 weeks of the authorization to proceed. TASK 5: ADDITIONAL CITY SERVICES Assist the City with preparation of the Planning Commission Staff Report to help frame recommendations, as requested by City. Assist in drafting language regarding a new Alternative D for inclusion in the Planning Commission Staff Report, as requested by City. Subtask 5.1 Communication with City Staff Participate in telephone meetings with City staff to discuss the revised Final EIR, as requested by City. Subtask 5.2 Participate in City Planning Commission and City Council Meetings Participate in one meeting with the City's Planning Commission and one meeting with the City Council. The attendance at meetings is limited to the hours available in the budget. If attendance at meetings beyond those specified in this proposal is warranted, the cost of attendance at such additional meetings will be invoiced on a time and materials basis at the stated hourly rates.
