The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />accept, on behalf of the City, deeds of easement from Frank L. <br />and Irene R. Clare; and John L. and Regina K. Grandsaert (in form <br />approved by the City Attorney) conveying to the City easement <br />rights in and to all that certain real property described in <br />Exhibit "A" and depicted on Exhibit "B" of the Deed of Easement <br />with the designation "Plat of Sewer Easement" (which Exhibits "A" <br />and "B" are respectively hereby incorporated herein by <br />reference). <br /> <br /> 3. Upon acceptance of the deeds described in paragraph 2 <br />hereof, the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />record, or cause to be recorded, a certified copy of this <br />resolution together with the aforesaid deeds and a resolution of <br />acceptance pertaining thereto in the office of the County <br />Recorder of the County of San Mateo. <br /> <br /> <br />
