If the proposed District is established, thereafter, it <br />shall be unlawful for any person, including utility companies, to <br />erect, maintain or operate any pole, overhead wire or associated <br />structure in any portion of any street, road, alley or way within <br />the proposed District. <br /> <br /> 7. Monday, October 24, 1994, at 7:30 p.m. at the Board of <br />Supervisors Chambers, Hall of Justice and Records, 401 Marshall <br />Street, Redwood City, California, is stated to be the time and <br />place for hearing objections by persons interested in the <br />Proposed District. At said hearing the Council may make changes <br />in the Proposed District boundaries or the facilities to be <br />placed underground or maintained above-ground, in accordance with <br />Article II of Chapter 11 of the Code of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 8. Notice of said hearing shall be given by the City Clerk <br />by mailing and publication of copies of this resolution in <br />accordance with the provisions of Section 11.42 of the Code of <br />the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
