The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and <br />directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, a quit <br />claim deed (in form approved by the City Attorney) of all of the <br />City's right, title and interest in and to that certain real <br />property, non-access restriction and slope easement described in <br />Exhibit A, reserving therein, a public service easement and <br />non-access restriction, likewise described in Exhibit A, and, <br />upon delivery to the City Clerk of the grant deed described in <br />paragraph 2 hereof, the City Clerk is hereby authorized and <br />directed to deliver to Oracle Corporation, a California <br />corporation, said quit claim deed. <br /> <br /> 4. Upon acceptance of the deed described in paragraph 2 <br />hereof, and delivery of the deed described in paragraph 3, the <br />City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to submit to the <br />County Recorder, County of San Mateo, for recordation, a <br />certified copy of this resolution together with the aforesaid <br />deed described in paragraph 2 and a resolution of acceptance <br />pertaining thereto. <br /> <br /> <br />
