& <br /> <br /> DES:djk ~-'19/94 (030/39) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the value of the property interest to be received <br />by the City pursuant to said exchange equals or exceeds the value <br /> <br />of the property interests to be vacated; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. This Council hereby finds that that certain street, <br />slope easement and non-access restriction described on pages 1-4 <br />of Exhibit "A" and depicted on Exhibit "A-i" entitled "Plat <br />Oracle Parkway Widening, Quitclaim by City to Oracle Corporation" <br />(which Exhibit is hereby incorporated herein by reference) has <br />been superseded by relocation or abandonment, there are no other <br />public facilities located within said area, and said area is no <br />longer required for public purposes and, therefore, said area <br />shall be, and is hereby ordered, vacated. <br /> <br /> 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />accept, on behalf of the City, a grant deed of a right-of-way and <br />easement for public street purposes and public service easement <br />for public utility purposes, respectively, in and to all that <br />certain real property described on pages 1-3 of Exhibit "B" and <br />depicted on Exhibit "B-I" entitled, "Plat - Oracle Parkway <br />Widening Dedication by Oracle Corporation to City" (which Exhibit <br />is hereby incorporated herein by reference) and on pages 1-2 of <br />Exhibit "C" and depicted on Exhibit "C-i" entitled, "Plat - <br />Oracle Parkway Widening Dedication by Oracle Parkway Corporation <br />to City" (which Exhibit is hereby incorporated herein by <br />reference). <br /> <br /> 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
