minimum amounts of coverage corresponding to the aforesaid categories of <br />insurance per insurable event, shall be as follows: <br />Insurance Category <br />Workers Compensation <br />Employer's Liability <br />Comprehensive General <br />Liability <br />Automobile Liability <br />Property -Fire <br />Minimum Limits <br />statutory minimum <br />$2,000,000 per accident <br />for bodily injury, personal <br />injury and property damage <br />$2,000,000 per occurrence <br />for bodily injury, personal <br />injury, and property damage <br />N/A <br />Replacement value of <br />the improvements <br />Concurrently with the execution of this Agreement, HABITAT shall furnish <br />AGENCY and CITY with certificates and copies of information or declaration <br />pages of the insurance required hereunder and, with respect to evidence of <br />comprehensive general liability and automobile liability insurance (if applicable) <br />coverage, original endorsements: <br />(a) Precluding cancellation or reduction in coverage before the <br />expiration of thirty (30) days after CITY and AGENCY shall have received written <br />notification of cancellation or reduction in coverage by first class mail; <br />Providing that HABITAT's insurance shall apply separately to <br />each insured against whom claim is made or suit is brought, except with respect <br />to the limits of the insurer's liability (cross liability endorsement); <br />(c) Naming the CITY, its Council, the AGENCY, its Board, and their <br />respective officers, boards, commissions, employees, and agents, as additional <br />insureds; and <br />(d) Providing that HABITAT's insurance coverage shall be primary <br />insurance with respect to CITY, its Council, AGENCY, its Board, and their <br />respective officers, boards, commissions, employees, and agents, and any <br />insurance or self-insurance maintained by CITY for itself, its Council, AGENCY, <br />its Board, and their respective officers, boards, commissions, employees, or <br />agents shall be in excess of HABITAT's insurance and not contributory with it. <br />7.
