The Use Regulations Chart under Section 2.2 is hereby amended to <br /> read as provided in the Use Regulations Chart attached hereto as Exhibit 1, and <br /> incorporated herein by reference. <br /> Section 4. Section 2.2.2-1 is hereby amended to add the following subsection <br /> (m) after subsection (I): <br /> m. Buildings which were constructed before the adoption of this plan <br /> on January 24, 2011, and which were designed and used for retail <br /> uses prior to that date may continue to be used as retail spaces, <br /> even if the site presently does not permit retail uses per the Use <br /> Regulations Chart. Pre-existing buildings or spaces which were <br /> not used for retail purposes prior to the adoption of this plan <br /> cannot be converted to retail use if they are prohibited by this <br /> plan.
