Section 2.2.3-Q is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> Q) Massage, Tanning, and Waxing <br /> 1. Standards <br /> a. The following uses are permitted as part of the Massage, <br /> Tanning, and Waxing use group: <br /> • Massage parlors, tanning sa/ons, waxing shops, and <br /> other businesses which require the client to disrobe <br /> • Other uses deemed by the Planning Manager/Designee <br /> to meet the purpose and intent of the Plan. <br /> b. Massage, Tanning, and Waxing uses shall be accessed by <br /> Storefront Private Frontage type (see Section 2.8.4). <br /> c. Massage, Tanning, and Waxing uses must obtain a Use <br /> Permit, which shall be acted upon by the Zoning <br /> Administrator in accordance with the procedure set forth in <br /> Section 2.2.5. <br /> R) Bar <br /> 1.
