Secondary Entrance, Service Entrance, Garage Entrance, <br /> and No Entrance Private Frontage types are considered <br /> "Inactive Frontages." No more than 25% or 25', whichever <br /> is greater, of any fa�ade's Building Base (measured in <br /> linear feet) should be occupied by Inactive Frontages. On <br /> corner parcels, Inactive Frontages should be located on <br /> the lowest order corridor per Section 2.8.1. <br /> [The remainder of Section 2.8.3 shall continue in effect (except as <br /> amended in Section 13 above) and is not changed by this addition.] <br /> Section 15.
