_ :. <br /> `OF�IG9��L <br /> �.. <br /> ���4��Q�pQ <br /> �� <br /> , � <br /> ���qR4��'C`�`�` <br /> HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFICATION <br /> AGREEMENT FOR TRAINING EXERCISES <br /> This Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement is entered into this <br /> ��day of , 20�een City of Foster City("Foster City) and <br /> City of Redwood City ("Redwood ity"), (jointly referred to herein as the "Parties") and will <br /> remain in effect until agreement is terminated by either Party. <br /> RECITALS <br /> Employees from the Redwood City Fire Department will conduct periodic training <br /> exercises at the Foster City Fire Department Training Tower, Foster City, California. The <br /> property, located on E. 3'd Avenue within the Foster City Corporation Yard, is owned by the <br /> City of Foster City. The training may include, but is not limited to, live fire operations, <br /> ventilation practices, use of power equipment, ladder practices, search and rescue <br /> operations, forcible entry, hose line operations, rappelling and breaching walls. <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> Based upon the above-referenced recitals it is agreed as follows: <br /> 1. Foster City hereby grants permission to Redwood City to use the Foster City <br /> Fire Department Training Tower located on E. 3'd Avenue within the Foster City Corporation <br /> Yard, for training, inciuding, but is not limited to, live fire operations, ventilation practices, <br /> ATTY/AGR/2012.034/FIRE TOWER HOLD HARMLESS-RWC <br /> REV:03-23-12 VR <br /> Page 1 of 3 <br />
