use of power equipment, ladder practices, search and rescue operations, forcible entry, hose line operations, rappelling and breaching walis. Training exercises at the Foster City Training Tower may be conducted by Redwood City Fire Department firefighters jointly with Foster City firefighters and firefighters from other cities or may be conducted solely by Redwood City on its own. 2. Prior to any such use of the Training Towner, Redwood City shall coordinate and schedule the use with Foster City at times and dates convenient to Foster City. 3. Members of the Redwood City Fire Department and any other Redwood City employee shall not be deemed to be employees or agents of the City of Foster City or the Foster City Fire Department by virtue of their participation in any training exercise conducted at the Foster City Fire Department Training Tower. Members of the Foster City Fire Department and any other Foster City employee shall not be deemed to be employees or agents of Redwood City by virtue of their participation in any training exercise conducted jointly with Redwood City. 4. Each Party waives and releases the other Party from any and all claims arising from personal injuries, property damage, worker's compensation claims, and any other claims, liabilities and damages, brought by their members, their heirs, assigns, beneficiaries, and next of kin, as a result of participating in training exercises, or latent or hidden defects in the premises or equipment described in this agreement.
