DES:dft q/01/94 (009/38) <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 8/29/94 <br /> <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 12302 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION REVISING REDEVELOPMENT SURVEY AREA <br /> BOUNDARIES FOR SURVEY AREA ESTABLISHED BY RESOLUTION <br /> NO. 12189 AND REVISED BY RESOLUTION NO. 12294 <br /> <br /> (STATE HIGHWAY 101 CORRIDOR SURVEY AREA) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Article 2, Chapter 4, Part 1, Division 24 of the <br />Health and Safety Code, a portion of the Community Redevelopment <br />Law, grants authority to a legislative body to designate an area <br />within a city as a survey area for the purpose of studying said <br />area to determine if a redevelopment project or projects within <br />said area is or are feasible; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 12189, adopted May 23, <br />1994, and pursuant to Resolution No. 12294, adopted August 15, <br />1994, this Council established a survey area, and revised the <br />boundaries thereof, respectively, to include lands bordering on, <br />and in the vicinity of, State Highway 101 as said highway route <br />traverses the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council has determined that said boundaries <br />should be further revised to include the lands hereinafter <br />referenced; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That certain survey area established and revised, <br />respectively, by Resolution No. 12189, adopted May 23, 1994, and <br />Resolution No. 12294, adopted August 15, 1994, by this Council is <br />hereby further revised to include all those lands within the City <br />of Redwood City bordering on, or in the vicinity of, State <br /> <br /> <br />
