The aforesaid survey area is hereby established and <br />revised pursuant to the provisions of California Health & Safety <br />Code Section 33310. <br /> <br /> 3. The Planning Commission is hereby authorized and <br />directed to conduct a study of the survey area, including all <br />lands heretofore and hereby included therein, in accordance with <br />the Community Redevelopment Law (Health & Safety Code ~33000, et <br />seq.), to determine if a redevelopment project or projects within <br />said survey area is or are feasible. <br /> <br /> 4. The Planning Commission is hereby further directed to <br />select one or more project areas, or amendments to existing <br />project areas within the survey area, and to formulate a <br />preliminary plan for the redevelopment of each selected project <br />area or amended project area in accordance with the aforesaid <br />Community Redevelopment Law, if said Commission determines that a <br />redevelopment project or projects within the said survey area is <br />or are feasible. <br /> <br /> * * <br /> <br /> <br />
