,. <br /> Q��iC�IN�L o�.z4.�� � <br /> AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO EXTEND AND AMEND AGREEMENT <br /> FOR <br /> Finance and IT Services <br /> Silicon Valiey Clean Water <br /> (Formerly South Bayside System Authority) <br /> This Amendment No. 3 is entered into and effective as of the 1St day of July, <br /> 2016, extending and amending the Agreement for Professional Services (Finance and <br /> IT Services for SBSA) dated July 8, 2012 (the "AgreemenY') by and between the City of <br /> Redwood City, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of California ("City"), <br /> and Silicon Valley Clean Water ("SVCW") (Formerly South Bayside System Authority <br /> ("SBSA"), (collectively, the "Parties") for provision of Finance and IT Services by the City <br /> to SVCW. <br /> RECITALS <br /> A. On July 8, 2012 the Parties executed the Agreement and <br /> B. On July 1, 2014 the Parties executed an Amendment No. 1 to Extend the <br /> Agreement for Professional Finance and IT Services for SVCW; and <br /> C. On July 1, 2015 the Parties executed an Amendment No. 2 to Extend the <br /> Agreement for Professional Finance and IT Services for SVCW; and <br /> The Parties have negotiated and agreed to amendments attached to and <br /> incorporated in by reference as Exhibit "A," Scope of Services. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants <br /> contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br /> 1. The Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, is hereby <br /> extended for a period of one year ending on June 30, 2017. <br /> 2. Scope of Services: During the term of this Ameridment No. 3, SVCW will <br /> provide the services listed on Exhibit "A," (such services, the "Services"). <br /> 3. The total fee payable for the Services to be performed during the term of <br /> this Amendment No. 3 will be One Hundred and Thirty-Three Thousand, Four Hundred <br /> and Thirty-Five dollars ($133,435). <br /> a. Citv's Financial Services. SVCW shall pay City Seventy Seven Thousand, <br /> Four Hundred and Two Dollars ($77,402) for the financial services listed on <br /> Exhibit "A". This rate is increased by the percentage of increase of the <br /> Consumer Price Index ("CPI") for all Urban Consumers, Pacific Cities, and <br /> United States Cities Average, for San Francisco — Oakland — San Jose), <br /> published by the United States Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor <br /> Statistics for the year ending February 28 immediately preceding the <br /> REV:05-25-16 JS <br /> Page 1 of 4 <br /> ATTY/AGR.Amend No. 3/Silicon Valley Clean Water-IT&FIN Svcs <br />
