a. Citv's Financial Services. SVCW shall pay City Eighty -Three Thousand, <br />Three Hundred and Seventy -Three Dollars ($83,373) for the financial <br />services listed on Exhibit "A". This rate increase as compared to the <br />immediate prior year is based on the actual costs of City to provide these <br />services to SVCW. <br />b. Citv's Information Technoloay. SVCW shall pay City Thirty -Nine <br />Thousand, Six Hundred and Fifty dollars ($39,650) for the information <br />technology services described in Exhibit "A" based on an estimated 250 <br />hours at the rate of One Hundred Fifty -Eight Dollars and Sixty Cents <br />($158.60) per hour (the "IT Base Internal Rate") for the services listed on <br />Exhibit "A." SVCW shall pay City for additional information technology <br />services provided beyond 250 hours at the same base internal rate of <br />One Hundred Fifty -Eight Dollars and Sixty Cents ($158.60) per hour, to <br />be invoiced during July 2019. Unused invoiced hours above 225 (90% of <br />the agreed estimated number of hours) will be refunded during July 2019 <br />at the base internal rate of One Hundred Fifty -Eight Dollars and Sixty <br />Cents ($158.60) per hour. <br />c. Computer Technoloav Hostinq Services. SVCW shall pay Four <br />Thousand, Five Hundred, and Seventy -Five Dollars ($4,575) for computer <br />technology hosting services. Services include daily backups, remote <br />access, server and financial system patches and upgrades, and anti- <br />virus protection. <br />4. All other provisions of the Agreement, as may have been amended <br />from time to time, will remain in full force and effect. <br />5.
