Box 5382 <br /> Redwood City, CA 94063 <br /> <br />· Re: Community Education Center's "Fiesta Run for Kids" <br /> <br /> Dear Ms. Whitley: <br /> <br /> The City Council on XXX 1994, has authorized me to issue this letter permitting the <br /> Community Education Center's "Fiesta Run for Kids" in Redwood City, subject to and <br /> in accordance with the terms and conditions herein. <br /> <br /> The permission herein is granted to the Community Education Center (hereinafter <br /> called "Permittee") to conduct the "Fiesta Run for Kids". This permit is subject to the <br /> following terms and conditions: <br /> <br /> 1. Name of Event: The "Fiesta Run for Kids" shall be sponsored and conducted by the <br /> Permittee. <br /> <br />2. Revocation: This permit may be revoked at any time without cause by the City of <br /> Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 3. Non-transferability: This permit is nontransferable. <br /> <br />4. Location: The activities herein permitted shall be in Redwood Shores. The starting <br /> and finishing points are on Twin Dolphin Drive approximately a quarter mile east of <br /> Redwood Shores Parkway. This event will remain on the south side of Marine <br /> Parkway and streets south of Marine Parkway. Please refer to the attached map. <br /> <br />5. Date and Time: The "Fiesta Run for Kids" shall be conducted on Saturday, <br /> September 10, 1994, with a set-up time of 7:00 A.M. The course will be completely <br /> cleared by Noon. <br /> <br />6. Course Control: Those portions of the "Fiesta Run for Kids" taking place in the <br /> public right of way shall occur in a manner and shall be limited to that area <br /> designated by the Chief of Police. The permittee will provide volunteers to monitor <br /> and control the course, staff water and first-aid stations. <br /> <br /> <br />
